Farm Information

The foundation of Koweta Arabians in 1966 was rooted in the bloodlines of Al-Marah. Thus, for almost thirty years, we proudly produced and sold beautiful, typey individuals that went on to excel in a variety of disciplines. That foundation remains today with a new twist. Koweta Arabians is now concentrating on a Russian / American cross. In so doing, we are predominantly line-breeding Naseem through his sons, Negativ, Raktha, Irex and Rissam, and through daughters, Piersnica, Silver Fire, Negrada and Nomenklatura. This program is consistently producing halter-quality foals with the athletic ability to also win in performance. Koweta-bred Arabians are currently winning in Halter, Western, Hunter Pleasure, Endurance, English, Formal Driving and Sidesaddle.

At present, there are four stallions standing at stud at Koweta Arabians: Koweta Elixxer, an exciting young 1994 chestnut by Alexx out of a *Marsianin daughter, Koweta Deacon, an extremely typey 2000 grey by the great AM Gypsy Village out of Divine-Promise by *Marsianin, Pioneer Praise, a 2000 bay with exciting movement by The Pioneer V out of Oh Glory B, and visiting for 2002 is DCA Exxodus, a gorgeous 1999 chestnut by Alexx out of a Khemosabi daughter.

Among our fifteen broodmares, there are daughters of AM Gypsy Village, PR Alexx, *Marsianin, GS Khochise, *Pattrone, AM Sea Captain, Percussion, The Pioneer V, Buckingham Bey V, Bask Flame, a straight Russian *Menes daughter and an imported Polish Partner daughter. These mares were selected after several years of careful evaluation of the foals by Gypsy Village and PR Alexx. Babies and select mares are available!

The farm is located 55 miles southeast of Atlanta and consists of 36 acres of pasture, woods, and a lake nestled in Jasper Country. The past four years has seen the addition of a barn, round pen, and eight new paddocks. The barn houses an office, lab and facilities for shipping semen.
